National Sales Meeting Openers
Primo Water, formerly DS Services, is a leading force in North America’s bottled water industry. Every year they kick off their national sales meeting with a high-energy keynote designed to rally the team around new goals. The theme—usually inspired by the host city—sets the tone. My role? Create a powerful opening video that brings that theme to life and sets the stage for the weekend ahead.
Oasis - 2024
With Phoenix, AZ as the host city for the 2024 sales meeting, the theme Oasis was chosen—a symbol of resilience and renewal. Even in the harshest environments, like the Arizona desert, an oasis offers refuge, relief, and life’s most essential element: water.
The client’s vision was just as expansive—an immersive fly-through of a barren desert, revealing a lush, vibrant oasis filled with ruins, rivers, lagoons, and waterfalls. To bring this to life, I tapped into generative AI, using MidJourney for imagery, Runway ML for image-to-video creation, and Eleven Labs for AI-generated voiceovers. With a touch of motion graphics magic, I crafted an entire video using AI technology.

Primo Palooza - 2023
In 2023, Primo hosted its national sales meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL. With a venue shaped like an electric guitar, a rock band theme was the obvious choice. 
The opening sizzle video brought this vision to life with high-energy 3D animations featuring iconic rock instruments and equipment, dynamic motion graphics, a powerful voiceover, and a hard-hitting music bed—designed to rally and excite Primo’s sales team.

Stars Aligned - 2020
In 2020, the theme was inspired by the stunning night sky of Tucson, AZ. One evening, the sales team visited the SkyCenter just north of Tucson for a special viewing through the 32-inch Schulman telescope—the largest public-dedicated telescope in the Southwest.
Embracing the celestial theme, the opening video was set in space, featuring motion graphics with select 3D animations. Like the Oasis opener, it was designed to inspire and encourage reflection.

Sales Rodeo - 2019
The 2019 theme, Sales Rodeo, called for the perfect setting—San Antonio, TX. The meeting took place right next to the County Coliseum, home to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo since 1950.
With Texas and rodeo culture as the backdrop, inspiration was everywhere—rodeo action, the Texas star, cowboy boots, and spurs. The opening video combined motion graphics, 3D animation, rendered visuals, and live footage to create a high-energy piece designed to get hearts racing.
